Ultra Music Festival is a premier annual outdoor electronic dance music (EDM) festival. Known as a "mecca" for EDM fans, it features top-tier DJs across multiple stages, drawing big crowds. The festival is famous for its high-energy atmosphere.
A common friend of Elske and me, Steve, introduced us to electronic dance music (EDM). We had a couple of dance parties at his house (Midlands) and we both really enjoyed it! Steve has a proper sound system, a projector and thousands of led lights and lazers, everything you need for a good EDM party!

A big part of this "adventure" was the road trip to and from Capetown.

The morning before the festival, Steve told us about geocaching, because it just so happens that there was a cache close to the place we were staying.
Geocaching is a real-world treasure hunt using GPS. People hide small containers (“caches”) and publish their coordinates online. Others use apps like Geocaching to find them, sign a logbook, and sometimes trade small items. Caches can be anywhere—parks, cities, or remote areas—and vary in difficulty. It’s a mix of outdoor adventure, navigation, and puzzle-solving enjoyed worldwide.
Elske was sceptical at first, but I was quickly hooked, especially after I found the spesific cache near our flat.

The venue is just outside Capetown and is called "The Ostrich" We booked an Uber to take us there and went early afternoon.
